Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original Hush Puppies box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
